About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
- Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality groups
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
- Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
- Work closely with Program Leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Program Planning, project mgmt, industrial Engineering or similar planning function, or a Master's Degree with entry level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Able to work a hybrid work schedule in Oklahoma City, OK, San Diego, CA or Palmdale, CA
- Ability to obtain US Government Secret Clearance
- Aerospace/Defense Industry experience preferred
- Awareness with Earned Value Management (EVM) preferred
- Excel Macro/VBA Skills preferred
- Experience in Deltek Cobra preferred
- Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk preferred
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance
