About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate interviewer and candidate availability
  • Initiate calendar invites for interviewers
  • Send confirmation emails with details to interview teams and candidates
  • Coordinate candidate travel as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 0 years of experience
  • HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented process focus
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to periodically visit the Baltimore, MD site
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
