About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support production and development programs across multiple customers in the Cyber & Cryptographic Solutions Operating Unit
  • Support programs conducting cybersecurity services and development in classified environments
  • Lead solicitation and RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff
  • Examine estimates of materials, equipment, services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules
  • Negotiate, administer, extend, and close standard and nonstandard contracts
  • Ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment comply with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
  • Establish working relationships with customers through email, telephone, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with finance, supply chain, quality and mission assurance, legal, pricing, and compliance teams
  • Monitor contract funding and payments with the program business management team
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations
  • Compile and analyze data and maintain historical information and official correspondence
  • Enter and maintain contract data in Contract Management and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and submission of invoices
  • Analyze and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, software licensing agreements, and other memoranda
  • Manage competing priorities and multiple tasks while meeting program goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in Contract Administration or a related field, or Master’s Degree and 6 years of work experience
  • 12 years of applied experience accepted in lieu of degree requirement
  • Experience advising on contractual and business-related matters, including proposal strategy, estimating and pricing, audits, contract formation, and customer relationships
  • Experience interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, and other U.S. Federal Government Contracting Regulations
  • Experience with Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time and Material (T&M) contracts
  • Current/active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Full Scope Poly Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to gather, organize, and relay information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to start, oversee, and follow through with major assignments and responsibilities
