About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee cross-Agile Release Train and cross-functional Product Team efforts for TO60 projects, proposals, and contract modifications
  • Support planning and execution of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, Engineering Change Proposals, and customer engineering estimate requests
  • Develop and maintain TO60 Integrated Master Schedule objective evidence
  • Perform regular Integrated Master Schedule status accounting
  • Coordinate cross-spiral activities and deconflict schedules, dependencies, and technical interfaces
  • Facilitate cross-Functional Area coordination to resolve schedule, resource, and integration issues
  • Provide project leadership across sustainment and development lifecycle activities, including deployment execution
  • Represent TO60 efforts in internal and external meetings and report cost, schedule, and technical performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
  • Current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, required to start
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using ingenuity and creativity
  • Experience working with minimal direction
  • Leadership abilities managing, coordinating, and overseeing cross-functional lifecycle management efforts
  • Experience in project planning, cost, schedule, and performance management
  • Experience with development programs and deployment execution
  • Hands-on experience in project planning and execution, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools, project management practices, and EVMS concepts
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment Processes
  • Experience developing and managing project teams, integrated schedules, and resource plans
  • Experience developing lifecycles and knowledge of spiral development processes
  • Ability to list current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on resume, if applicable
