About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary change management authority for the MS&I organization
  • Report to the MS&I director and partner with Mission Systems Talent & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of deployment and change management activities
  • Plan resources needed for execution, including communications, learning/development, and vendors
  • Define and execute end-to-end, ADKAR-based change strategies and roadmaps
  • Align change strategies with enterprise architecture and business objectives
  • Consolidate project change roadmaps into a phased program roadmap with dependencies, milestones, and go-live dates
  • Lead stakeholder identification and maintain a master stakeholder register with impact scores, analyses, engagement strategies, and resistance strategies
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel communications strategies and oversee deliverables
  • Define scalable training models, roadmaps, and plans with Learning, Development, and Talent subject matter experts
  • Ensure near-term training deliverables and actions while supporting long-term training and PrOP integration into operations
  • Develop sponsorship, stakeholder, middle-leadership, and frontline-leadership strategies
  • Ensure leadership engagement, buy-in, and timely execution throughout initiatives
  • Support multi-year sector- and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Manufacturing Strategy & Integration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years relevant experience leading redeployment / change management of digital transformation; OR Master’s degree and 6+ years relevant experience
  • Project management experience
  • Change management experience
  • Superior organization and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Ability to obtain Prosci certification within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Prosci certification preferred
  • Technical change-management experience embedded within Agile/SAFe software development lifecycles preferred
  • Experience in multiple functions or programs within aerospace industry preferred
  • Must be within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Rolling Meadows, Baltimore, San Diego, or Sunnyvale to meet in-office requirements
