About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end ITSM processes and standards across the service lifecycle
  • Maintain operational stability and continuity of ITSM services in primary and backup capacities
  • Facilitate ITSM governance and execution through operational coordination, reviews, data maintenance, and lifecycle support
  • Drive ITSM process maturity through data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and optimized ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop competence for assigned services and systems and understand their integration
  • Provide guidance and support for computing platforms and systems integration
  • Integrate end-user requests with software functionality
  • Analyze and recommend system performance and capacity improvements
  • Coordinate problem determination and resolution with vendors and manufacturers
  • Respond to customer needs and follow issues through closure
  • Support technical teams and customers with project and support activities
  • Participate in project planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software
  • Analyze business requirements, recommend system changes, write technical specifications, and implement systems and changes
  • Provide support for NMHC best-practice standards
  • Mentor Associate Analysts and other application team members
  • Contribute to the IS Knowledge Repository
  • Participate in on-call support to ensure system availability and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years technical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the core discipline in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Ability to support ITSM processes and standards across the service lifecycle
  • Ability to participate in on-call support
  • Compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation standards
  • Authorization and disclosure form required for background check if offered employment
