  • Schedule patient visits with providers according to protocols
  • Assist with scheduling appointments within Northwestern Medicine

  • Use service recovery skills to resolve problems and service breakdowns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of accredited RN program
  • 2 years of ambulatory care experience
  • Registered Nurse License issued by State of Illinois
  • Current AHA BLS Provider certification
  • BSN preferred
  • Specialty certification upon eligibility preferred
  • Holiday and weekends required
  • Three weekend shifts every two weeks (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
  • Ability to work overnight rotating shifts
  • Part-time availability of 20 hours per week
