About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and coordinate articles, PR placements, and other content to strengthen online presence
- Develop and execute ideas to improve brand perception and visibility
- Track results, test approaches, and adjust strategy based on performance
- Work with founders and internal teams to maintain consistent, effective communication
- Own and improve online reputation across Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Manage social media presence and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor online conversations, trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, and Google search
- Interest in AI search, new platforms, and emerging trends
- Proven experience in reputation management, social media/community management, digital PR, or a similar role
- Strong writing skills in Lithuanian and English
- Experience coordinating articles, PR, or other content initiatives
- A track record of initiatives owned and results achieved
- Proactive mindset and ability to turn ideas into action
- Ability to develop a strategy while staying hands-on with execution
