About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers
  • Scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers
  • Spend 3+ days per week in the field alongside representatives
  • Run in-person ride-alongs and coach live provider meetings
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to hit and exceed targets
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members
  • Conduct team meetings and one-to-ones focused on pipeline reviews and account planning
  • Review Provider Partnerships Manager meeting recordings and provide feedback
  • Surface best practices
  • Implement performance management processes
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Nourish’s values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales/business development
  • 1+ years of sales management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
  • Comfortable and energized spending the majority of the week in the field with representatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Ability to leverage data and data tooling, specifically Salesforce, to inform strategy
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
  • Analytical and data-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle ambiguity
  • Interest in nutrition and Nourish’s mission
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Willingness to spend 3+ days per week in the field
