  • Design, build, and ship products and features quickly without compromising quality.
  • Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, tools, and systems.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and analytics in a data-driven experimentation culture.
  • Contribute to project, feature, and integration estimation, planning, and execution.
  • Maintain and improve the existing codebase.
  • Write clean, fully tested, high-performance code.
  • Own major parts of the codebase, set ambitious timelines, and lead project deliverables.
  • Build scalable technology supporting patients, dietitians, and insurance companies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Amplitude, or confidence and enthusiasm for cross-training and up-skilling.
  • Ability to independently take a project from idea through implementation and ship quickly.
  • Desire to build products end-to-end through design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Nice to have: Startup or Scale Up experience.
  • Nice to have: Interviewing familiarity.
  • Nice to have: Alignment with Nourish’s mission.
