About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take broad operational ownership within Novacura’s global Corporate IT function
- Own assigned IT capabilities and ensure activities are initiated, coordinated, followed up, and completed
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoints and workplace technology, cloud and infrastructure operations, IT service management, applications, asset and license management, local IT coordination, and operational resilience
- Work closely with managed service providers and Local IT Coordinators across Novacura’s international organization
- Coordinate introduction of new IT services and SaaS solutions
- Conduct or coordinate technical assessment, security/compliance review, procurement, and operational onboarding for new services
- Report directly to the Head of IT
- Act as operational deputy when required
- Shape IT services and operational practices across the global Corporate IT team
- Drive activities through to completion and ensure successful operational outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- Relevant professional experience in Corporate IT, IT operations, workplace technology, or IT service delivery
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and identity/access processes
- Experience coordinating managed-service providers or other external IT specialists
- Experience with incident, request, problem, and change processes
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Professional English in an international working environment
- Advantageous: experience with Microsoft Intune
- Advantageous: experience with Azure
- Advantageous: experience with ITIL
- Advantageous: experience with ISO 27001/security controls
- Advantageous: experience with business continuity/disaster recovery
- Advantageous: experience with IT administration and automation
- Advantageous: experience with IT asset management, software licensing, procurement, and supplier management
- No people management responsibilities are required
