  • Ability to handle a high volume of patient appointments
  • Ability to adapt to new practices and receive feedback
  • Excellent personal presentation and warm, friendly customer-facing demeanor
  • Ability to provide accurate and clear information regarding services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the internal team
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) is preferred
  • At least a year of customer service experience; call center or optical experience preferred
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
