About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the planning and delivery of nPlan's marketing programmes
  • Run account-based marketing programmes across target accounts with BDR and Sales teams
  • Plan and deliver trade shows, conferences and workshops, including stand preparation, promotion and follow-up
  • Create articles, case studies, guides and videos about construction and infrastructure risk
  • Own LinkedIn presence and email marketing, producing regular posts and campaigns
  • Run limited performance marketing campaigns targeting specific organisations and report on results
  • Drive PR through press releases, announcements, awards and industry submissions
  • Manage and improve the nPlan website on Webflow
  • Manage the AEO partner
  • Brief and manage freelance designers and video production partners
  • Track channel and campaign performance and use results to prioritize future efforts
  • Report to the VP of Growth as part of the Growth team
  • Work with product marketing, BDRs, Sales teams and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years in marketing roles in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to turn technical subject matter into clear, confident copy for senior buyers
  • Generalist marketing experience across ABM, events, content, social, email, performance marketing and PR
  • Experience managing external partners, including freelancers, agencies and specialist vendors
  • Genuine interest in construction, infrastructure and energy-related customer problems
  • Preference for accountability and agency
  • Attention to detail; mention the word 'crane' in the application
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure or built-environment industries is nice to have
  • Experience with HubSpot is nice to have
  • Experience with Webflow is nice to have
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products and marketing technical capabilities to non-technical buyers is nice to have
