About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support senior client engineers in helping clients realise value from nPlan
  • Attend monthly client visits and team meetings in the London office
  • Visit international clients when required
  • Coach clients on maximising the value of nPlan
  • Build relationships within client organisations and understand their needs and pain points
  • Help configure the product to deliver client value
  • Support delivery of projects embedding nPlan products within client organisations
  • Help clients understand and adopt advanced analysis features, including custom LLM-based analysis
  • Support commercial engagement, retention, and expansion activity
  • Contribute to prototyping with Product Managers and AI Engineers
  • Contribute domain expertise to the LLM evaluation cycle to support reliable, accurate analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a planning, risk, PMO, or project management role on construction projects, or equivalent academic/professional grounding in project controls
  • Solid understanding of construction schedules (P6), including how they are built and read
  • Understanding of probabilistic schedule risk analysis and foundational statistics
  • Interest in supporting projects that improve organisational outcomes
  • Passion for implementing technology to improve the construction industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Must mention the word 'crane' in the application form
  • Relationship-building instinct and customer focus
  • Nice to have: experience working in a software company or implementing software in construction
  • Nice to have: experience working with LLM applications
