About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle N2/N3 support tickets within defined SLAs, performing diagnosis, remediation, and follow-up until service stabilization
- Support the investigation and recovery of critical incidents
- Perform administration, configuration, and maintenance activities for Microsoft products within the scope
- Support changes, deployments, migrations, and technical improvements
- Identify availability risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Keep technical documentation up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field
- Experience supporting and administering Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Azure services
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, technical teams, and specialists from other areas
- Experience working in hybrid environments
- Availability for a 12x36 daytime shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
