Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including hands-on experience building or contributing to AI-powered products or production AI systems
- Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering
- Hands-on experience developing production-quality software
- Hands-on experience with one or more modern AI technologies or architectures, such as agentic systems and agent orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), model customization, tuning or optimization, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI infrastructure and inference systems, data processing and knowledge pipelines, or agent protocols and multi-agent architectures
- Experience translating AI techniques or models into practical software capabilities
- Ability to make sound implementation decisions and understand tradeoffs involving performance, scalability, reliability, and cost
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn quickly as AI technologies and development practices evolve
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
