About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Núclea’s institutional interests by transforming signals from regulatory, legislative, and governmental environments into analyses, positions, and engagement strategies
- Protect the organization’s interests, anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and strengthen its institutional reputation with public authorities, regulators, associations, and strategic stakeholders
- Lead the team, ensuring strategic alignment, technical excellence, people development, and effective execution of Núclea’s regulatory, legislative, and institutional agenda
- Monitor regulatory, legislative, and institutional agendas relevant to Núclea, assessing impacts, risks, and business opportunities
- Prepare assessments, executive briefings, position papers, technical notes, and recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making
- Plan and execute institutional engagement strategies with regulators, the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the company’s participation in public consultations, hearings, working groups, technical forums, and representative associations
- Work collaboratively with the Legal, Compliance, Risk, Communications, Product, and Business teams, ensuring technical and institutional alignment in the company’s positions
- Consolidate key indicators and prepare periodic reports on results, risks, opportunities, and progress of the regulatory agenda
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Knowledge of the legislative process
- Knowledge of regulatory impact analysis
- Knowledge of stakeholder mapping and management
- Knowledge of advocacy strategies and institutional representation
- Knowledge of preparing executive materials and institutional positions
- Knowledge of political intelligence and regulatory monitoring
- Advanced English proficiency
- Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Government Relations, Public Policy, Regulation, Compliance, Regulatory Law, or a related field (preferred)
