About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects from the discovery phase through backlog prioritization and execution in the development pipeline, ensuring business-aligned deliveries.
- Apply agile methodologies to organize and accelerate project progress.
- Operate with a strong sense of prioritization and a 360-degree perspective, connecting technical, business, and regulatory teams.
- Maintain ongoing technical communication with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of solutions.
- Lead initiatives involving tokenization, banking assets, and other financial products, evaluating technical, regulatory, and market considerations.
- Translate financial concepts for technical teams and technical concepts for business teams, fostering cross-functional alignment.
- Support the development and execution of new business roadmaps, with a focus on innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid experience managing projects from discovery through the ongoing support of products and services in production, following agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating collaboration and communication among strategic areas, including Business, Technology, Legal, and other departments.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Knowledge of consortium-based financial products.
