About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, manage and develop administrators
Provide the highest standards of customer service
Handle all enquiries and queries efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary
Ensure administration and support work meets required standards and timescales
Work within the Radiology and Main Reception departments
Maintain high standards of accuracy and customer care for the radiology department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to lead and inspire others
Attention to detail in all areas of work
Adaptive communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
Confident in use of IT Systems
High standards of professionalism
Experience in a radiology setting (Desirable)
Flexibility to work across operational hours of 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday
Part-time availability for 34 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
