About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Payments & Finance as a full business and product domain
Define success metrics, priorities, experiments, product decisions, and trade-offs
Manage credit lines, financial exposure, risk, and complex payment requirements across the Stays business
Make financial systems and payment flows scalable, reliable, and commercially sustainable
Support client-specific payment requirements, including virtual cards, charging rules, and payment timing
Improve the scalability, reliability, and automation of ledgers, financial workflows, and payment operations
Work closely with Finance, Risk, and Engineering teams
Help build and shape Nuitée’s product organisation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have owned a product or business area end to end for several years and can show the outcomes you drove
Understand financial systems and payment flows, especially credit, ledgers, risk management, or financial exposure
Can work closely with Finance and Risk teams and turn complex financial processes into product decisions
Comfortable working closely with engineering on technically complex products
Experience working in a high-pressure environment where you were expected to drive the outcome yourself
Able to balance commercial opportunities, customer requirements, and financial risk
Fintech, payments, or credit experience matters more than travel experience
