Understand clients’ business challenges, internal teams’ technical considerations, and the product requirements of the CRM automation suite
Communicate specific issues to the appropriate stakeholders
Provide teams with visibility into priorities and key points requiring attention
Prioritize, plan, and track data projects
Challenge project plans and take a step back to review their sequencing
Ensure overall consistency of project planning
Lead weekly meetings and gather feedback from the data teams
Share a weekly summary of client-related challenges
Read and critically assess project specifications
Prioritize projects according to their importance, criticality, required skills, and impact
Schedule projects with the appropriate team members
Maintain internal project planning tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to a four- or five-year university program (engineering or business school)
Interest in technology and/or data, as well as project planning
Knowledge of or interest in SQL, Spark, Python, the Hadoop and Microsoft ecosystems
Comfortable working in a team and sharing knowledge collaboratively
Attentive and adaptable when working with diverse profiles, topics, and contexts
Curious and highly engaged
Able to understand the “why” before the “how”
Able to prioritize and make progress even in urgent situations
Comfortable working in English
Passion for AI and automation, particularly LLMs and agentic/multi-agent architectures
Experience designing and implementing agents, creating skills, and coding MCPs
Understanding of API-based integrations
Transparent in the use of AI and generative AI tools
Able to adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
