Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, administer, secure, operate, and continuously improve enterprise cloud, network, identity, and telephony platforms
Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, networking, and unified communications
Drive automation, modernization, and operational excellence
Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and cost optimization
Design and support LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN networks
Administer VoIP and telephony solutions including AudioCodes, SIP, and carrier services
Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD practices
Drive cloud security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
Manage cloud networking, connectivity, transit gateways, routing, and hybrid-cloud integrations
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams Phone, and related services
Implement identity governance, conditional access, SSO, MFA, privileged access management, and zero-trust initiatives
Partner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation and security monitoring
Automate provisioning, monitoring, patching, and operational workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Bash
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
Manage vendors and infrastructure strategy; drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems administration, or platform operations
Minimum 5 years of hands-on AWS administration and engineering experience
Experience managing complex enterprise environments supporting multiple business-critical platforms
Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure
Expertise in enterprise networking, Microsoft 365 technologies, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and infrastructure automation
Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional; AWS SysOps Administrator; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert; Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate; CDNP/CCIE; ITIL Foundation
