About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
Respond to inquiries about orders, products, deliveries, complaints, and other matters
Independently manage assigned cases and keep track of outstanding issues
Diligently and carefully handle administrative and recurring tasks
Document customer concerns and ensure that information is maintained completely and accurately
Coordinate with the responsible colleagues and other teams on more complex cases
Help us provide fast and friendly service to our customers, even during periods of high inquiry volume
Take on weekend shifts as agreed

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled at a college or university and have at least three semesters of study remaining
You have a strong academic record
You are available to support our team on a long-term basis for 10 to 20 hours per week
You work very independently, in a structured manner, and conscientiously
You are reliable and hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy
You complete recurring tasks with focus and care
You communicate in a friendly, dependable, and professional manner, even when interacting with dissatisfied customers
You remain patient and solution-oriented and can prioritize different types of inquiries effectively
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
You are flexible enough to work occasional weekend shifts
Ideally, you have some initial experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or another service-oriented field. This is not required
You identify with a vegan lifestyle and our company values
