About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and configure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and related technologies
- Translate defined business requirements into functional and technical Power Platform solutions
- Design, build, test, and implement applications and automated workflows that meet business needs and established IT standards
- Develop application components, data models, integrations, and workflows based on approved technical designs
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including application designs, database schemas, integration documentation, and deployment documentation
- Participate in technical design and code reviews and incorporate feedback into application development
- Troubleshoot application issues, user concerns, enhancement requests, and defects
- Support application performance improvements, system enhancements, and approved architecture changes
- Assist with software releases, deployments, installations, training, and ongoing application support
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify technical risks and communicate potential issues, dependencies, and recommended solutions to project leadership
- Follow established development, security, documentation, and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields
- 6 years of relevant professional experience in software development, application development, or related technical disciplines
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience building business applications, automated workflows, data solutions, and integrations
- Understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, connectors, and software development practices
- Experience creating and maintaining technical design and system documentation
- Experience troubleshooting applications and supporting production systems
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to participate effectively in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
