About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement technology projects for clients in partnership with project management, third-party vendors, and technical or support resources
  • Deploy, configure, test, and document IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
  • Work directly with customers, internal team members, and vendors via phone, video conference, onsite, and remote channels
  • Participate in internal and client-facing project kick-off meetings
  • Review bills of material for quality control and validate accuracy before implementation
  • Plan and schedule project delivery with the project management team
  • Build, configure, and deploy network, system, cloud, and security solutions
  • Communicate project deliverable status and update project tasks weekly in project management software
  • Document and execute test and cutover plans following change management procedures
  • Create technical as-built documentation and provide training and hand-off to operational support
  • Provide high-touch support after project implementation and go-live
  • Share project feedback, implementation insights, and lessons learned
  • Assist with solution reviews and implementation planning
  • Respond to customer needs and escalate project blockers
  • Maintain knowledge of supported technology solutions and best practices
  • Follow implementation, security, health, safety, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and PHI policies
  • Rotate to other shifts and locations as needed
  • No supervisory responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems and architecture
  • Experience with MFA solutions including Duo and Microsoft MFA
  • Experience with enterprise storage (SAN, NAS) configuration and deployment, including iSCSI
  • Experience with cloud technologies including O365, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure AD, etc.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, PowerShell, NTFS permissions, etc.
  • Experience with remote access technologies including Citrix, RDS, VPN, etc.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, endpoint security, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Experience with VoIP and telecommunications platforms
  • Experience racking hardware and cabling in a data center, IDF, MDF
  • Experience with VMware ESXi and MS Hyper-V configuration, deployment, and migration
  • Experience with endpoint security, email security, and backup solutions
  • Previous Managed IT Services or Consulting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer support skills
  • Ability to work in a high energy, team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
  • Occasional regional travel, weekend work, and on-call rotation required
  • Ability to access multiple worksites in a timely manner
