About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support collection planning and development, taking into account sales history, trends, brand strategy, and business opportunities
- Conduct product performance analyses by category, product line, collection, price range, and other relevant dimensions
- Track metrics such as sales, margin, turnover, coverage, inventory, sell-through, and product productivity
- Support the definition and monitoring of the product mix and assortment
- Analyze sales history and behavior, identifying opportunities, risks, and necessary planning adjustments
- Support analyses of price ranges, costs, margins, and product positioning
- Monitor collection development against the initial plan and flag deviations
- Prepare analyses and executive materials for review meetings and decision-making
- Conduct competitor and market analyses
- Partner with the Style, Product, Commercial, Buying, and other relevant teams
- Support the development and maintenance of the product calendar and key collection deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve product planning processes and tools
- Contribute to data-driven product decisions by balancing commercial perspective, brand identity, and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Fashion, Statistics, or a related field
- Previous experience in Product Planning, preferably in the fashion or retail sector
- Knowledge of product and retail performance metrics
- Experience analyzing product mix, assortment, sales, inventory, margin, and turnover
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and translate analyses into business recommendations
- Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in the fashion market
