  • Supervise and coordinate journeymen and apprentice Electricians
  • Oversee construction, installation, and testing of electrical components in modular buildings
  • Plan wiring and installation of motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and panel boards
  • Inspect wiring and fixtures for company specifications and local electrical code compliance
  • Study production schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements

  • Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality

  • Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials
  • Coordinate activities with other department staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years experience or training in the installation and maintenance of electrical wiring and equipment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience is preferred
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through gathering and analyzing information
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
  • Ability to properly plan, develop, and delegate team members
  • Ability to meet physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to frequently stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch
