About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a specialist in NVIDIA's global Accounts Payable team in Santa Clara, CA
  • Lead the strategy, administration, expansion, and control of the global virtual card payment program across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Manage card payment cycles, card issuance, spending limits, and payment file exchanges between SAP and card-issuing bank systems
  • Define and lead the global supplier enablement strategy, identifying card-eligible suppliers and running targeted onboarding campaigns
  • Resolve complex supplier and bank inquiries involving declined, expired, or unprocessed cards, remittance difficulties, and payment rejections
  • Perform daily and month-end reconciliation across entities and currencies, investigating open items, FX differences, refunds, and credits
  • Build and monitor controls to detect unusual transactions, duplicate payments, and potential fraud; lead dispute and recovery efforts
  • Track regional and entity-level program benchmarks, present insights to Finance leadership, and support accounting, rebate calculations, accrual, and forecasting
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving IT, Finance Systems, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and regional AP teams
  • Manage requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and cutover for payment configurations, system improvements, and international rollouts
  • Support SOX adherence and audit readiness, including access reviews, segregation of duties, payment approvals, and control evidence
  • Mentor AP team members, establish global procedures and supplier-facing materials, and lead automation and process-improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, payments, or treasury operations within a global, multi-entity environment
  • More than 3 years coordinating a virtual card or commercial card program
  • Experience with virtual card platforms from major global and regional issuers, such as Citi, HSBC, and American Express
  • Experience with payment file and remittance processes
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa Pay, including virtual card and invoice payment configuration, payment runs, supplier enablement, and reconciliation
  • SAP integration experience is a plus
  • Understanding of SAP payment runs, vendor master data, bank integrations, and AP reconciliation
  • Experience leading supplier enablement programs and cross-functional payment projects across multiple countries or regions
  • Understanding of multi-currency and cross-border payments, payment controls, fraud prevention, and SOX requirements related to disbursements
  • Awareness of country-specific requirements such as VAT and local payment regulations
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Practical experience applying AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, in a finance or business context
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to accommodate regional deadlines
  • SAP S/4HANA experience, including payment program configuration and bank integrations, is a plus
  • Experience with payment automation or supplier payment networks and reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity with card network rules, interchange, and rebate program structures is a plus
  • Proficiency in one or more additional languages, such as Mandarin or Hebrew, is a plus
