About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, prioritize, and advise OEM technical teams on NPI and end-to-end solutions
- Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and design win objectives
- Plan and coordinate NPI efforts and guide teams integrating NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms
- Lead prioritization and sequencing of workstreams delivering complete hardware and software solutions
- Resolve intricate customer issues, handle partner concerns, and maintain strong technical relationships
- Lead technical execution for major customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources
- Participate in recruitment, lead interview panels, and prepare executive-level hiring justifications
- Provide input to business units, recommend procedural improvements, and contribute to OEM account strategy and roadmap planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with focus on IT management
- 10+ overall years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management
- 5+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements, NPI efforts, and E2E solution development
- Familiarity with OEM integration cycles including product qualification and launch processes
- High-level understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite, including GPU, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and software stacks relevant to data center and OEM deployments
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex deployments and customer engagements
- Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews, handle customer issues, and build trusted technical relationships with collaborators
- Skilled in setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Capable of shaping OEM engagement strategy, contributing to roadmap planning, and syncing with sales to drive deeper adoption of NVIDIA solutions
- Knowledge of NVIDIA’s hiring process and capability to lead interview panels, evaluate technical talent, and craft executive-level hiring justifications
