About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical FAE, working directly with end customers, NVIS, and OEM deployment teams from planning through operational handover
Coordinate site readiness, equipment availability, installation schedules, and requirements for power, cooling, networking, and system configuration
Guide deployment teams through installation, system bring-up, integration, and validation to meet customer acceptance criteria
Drive deployment issue resolution and address partner concerns across customer, OEM, and NVIDIA teams
Communicate progress, risks, and recovery plans
Maintain deployment documentation and improve procedures based on lessons learned

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in data center deployment, systems engineering, infrastructure integration, or technical delivery
Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, GPU systems, or clustered infrastructure
Understanding of power, cooling, storage, and networking
Experience with Linux, BIOS/UEFI, BMC management, drivers, firmware, and system diagnostics
Strong project-management and customer communication skills
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple organizations
Must operate from the Round Rock area and travel to customer and deployment sites as required
Experience deploying NVIDIA HGX, DGX, or MGX platforms, or comparable AI and HPC systems
Familiarity with liquid cooling, Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, and GPU cluster provisioning and validation
Experience automating deployment and diagnostic tasks using Python, shell scripting, or infrastructure automation tools
