About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive technical solutions for sophisticated customer installations, maintenance, and operations involving NVIDIA networking products
  • Resolve complex customer concerns and technical issues through research, reproductions, and problem-solving on multi-distribution Linux systems
  • Support NVIDIA Ethernet Switching technologies and end-to-end solutions such as NVIDIA Spectrum-X
  • Respond to customer support inquiries by telephone, email, and conference calls
  • Resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance, product application, and interoperability with other vendors
  • Participate in multifunctional team meetings
  • Provide feedback to engineering and marketing on product requirements, customer experience, and support tools
  • Develop, redefine, and document standard methodologies for internal Support and R&D teams
  • Collaborate regularly with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams on technical issues
  • Own critical issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products
  • Shown use of established Agentic AI technologies (Claude, Codex, Cursor) in day-to-day job responsibilities
  • Established knowledge of Enterprise platform and systems engineering
  • Understanding of Linux triage and servers; ability to resolve hardware and/or OS internal issues
  • Professional-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • An academic degree from an accredited university or college in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, oral, verbal, and written skills
  • Knowledge of networking technology, protocols, and routing, including TCP, UDP, Ethernet, IP, L2, L3, ARP, STP, LACP, MLAG, IGMP, PIM, BGP, and OSPF, at enterprise level
  • Linux OS system administration and networking knowledge
  • Ability to debug networking protocols using TCPDUMP, Wireshark, or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of at least two of: data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, containers/containerization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask with limited supervision
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments, overlay technologies, RoCE, QoS, clustering/HPC data-center technologies, NCCL, MPI, Slurm/SchedMD, relevant certifications, shell scripting, and debugging methodologies
