About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own features end to end, from problem definition through design, delivery and production
- Collaborate with networking, data and performance architects, validation engineers, DevOps and data teams
- Lead development of scalable services analyzing large-scale validation test results and improving visibility into cluster health KPIs across HPC data centers
- Lead development of AI-driven and agent-based features improving usability, observability and debuggability
- Lead deployment and operation of services on Kubernetes with Docker and containerized environments
- Troubleshoot distributed-environment issues and improve HPC data center health observability
- Participate in leading the team’s development process and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers and grow group knowledge across technical areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong Python proficiency
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture in large-scale networked systems
- Hands-on experience with Docker, containers, Kubernetes and microservices architectures
- Strong debugging and problem solving capabilities in distributed systems or multi-node environments
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools and agentic workflows
- Proven track record of turning loosely defined problems into well-scoped, delivered solutions
- Ability to work independently and drive measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
