About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive technical engagement with enterprise customers and partners across industries
- Connect customer workloads to NVIDIA’s hardware and software ecosystem
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and support adoption and scaling of NVIDIA platforms
- Manage technical partnerships and enablement with a strong presales focus
- Help customers reimagine enterprise processes using Agentic AI on the NVIDIA platform
- Provide technical engagement, enablement, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and executive relationship support
- Engage developers, scientific researchers, data scientists, IT managers, and senior leaders
- Enable developers to adopt NVIDIA NeMo and NIM for generative AI offerings, platforms, and client services
- Co-design scalable architectures with enterprise customers and partners, including technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans
- Partner with Solutions Architects, engineering, product, and business teams to build full-stack generative AI solutions
- Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot complex issues, and advocate for customer technical needs
- Create and run proofs of concept and demonstrations, including Python data pipelines, AI/deep-learning model training, and container-based deployment
- Build training for partners and Solutions Architects and write whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles
- Partner with APAC regional and headquarters engineering, product, and sales teams to develop solutions
- Run NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute and Skills Transfer sessions for customers, OEMs, and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional, long-term experience as a Data Scientist focused on AI/DL/ML developing or supporting customer-facing projects
- Experience with computer vision, conversational AI, or data analytics technologies
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, another Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong customer-facing, presales, consulting, and technical experience with AI/ML/Big Data frameworks
- 5+ years of work-related experience in deep learning, data science, or software development
- Knowledge of parallel computing with GPUs
- Strong development experience with RAG and workflows for Agentic AI applications
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph orchestrating LLMs
- Working experience with Kubernetes and data-centre compute, storage, and networking
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with management and engineering and share knowledge with clients, partners, and co-workers
- Ability to work remotely and plan effectively while partnering with a small team
- Experience leading technical teams with partners or customers, or consulting/advisor experience in AI is advantageous
- AI/Data Science project management and stakeholder coordination experience is advantageous
- Experience with NVIDIA SDK platform, NeMo, NIM, ML/DL frameworks, and MLOps tools is advantageous
- Experience with cloud-based solution design, APIs, microservices, orchestration platforms, storage solutions, and data migration techniques is advantageous
