About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for real-time customer interactions via LiveChat during local business hours
- Provide product-related sales, marketing, and basic technical support across the full NXP product portfolio
- Screen, triage, and dispatch incoming support tickets to engineering teams, internal contacts, or resolve them directly
- Resolve tickets related to product information, order processes, online/account issues, licensing, availability, and quality matters
- Guide customers to information on NXP's website and connect them with the best internal contact
- Identify potential leads and hand them off to Virtual Selling, Field Sales, or distributors via SFDC
- Own a defined portfolio of smaller, remotely managed distributor branches
- Conduct monthly digital business reviews with assigned distributor contacts
- Manage and progress open design opportunity queues
- Trigger pricing and quotation requests for opportunities without a commercial offer
- Deploy new product introduction briefings and sales enablement materials remotely
- Engage internal technical resources for technical issues or questions within the distributor funnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or Business Degree
- Good understanding of electronics, especially microcontrollers and general elements in electronic systems
- Experience in industrial, automotive, networking, and communication segments is a plus
- Ability to communicate and engage with customers in a pre-sales situation through chat
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Opportunity Management systems and processes is a plus
- Engaged and committed
- Strong attitude to help customers seeking support
- Feeling comfortable engaging with new customers and promoting products
