About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a product team developing high-potential technology startups and scale-ups
Own the product being built from product vision through delivery
Work closely with designers, engineers, and QAs
Define, drive, and execute the product vision
Direct and oversee qualitative and quantitative customer research with the designer
Define the value proposition to drive product-market fit
Drive technical initiatives from the business side, including requirements analysis, process mapping, and data analysis
Plan and execute the product roadmap
Coordinate with business development to establish and maintain appropriate client timelines, budgets, and contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Located in Prague
Fluent in English
Ability to deeply understand customers’ problems, needs, and desires and turn them into business decisions
Ability to make objective, data-driven decisions
Ability to define product performance metrics and track them on an ongoing basis
Experience influencing and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders and managing their expectations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of agile principles
Focus on outcomes and quality of output
Empathetic and team player
Driven, hard work ethic showing commitment
Experience with Productboard, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
