About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks
- Lead negotiations on fees, content deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and performance expectations
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing through content approval, posting schedules, tracking links, promo codes, and final delivery
- Review influencer content for brand guidelines, campaign objectives, legal requirements, disclosure rules, and platform standards
- Track and report reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sales, ROI, cost per engagement, and audience sentiment
- Work closely with brand, creative, social media, sales, legal, and procurement teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with influencers, content creators, agencies, talent managers, or creator platforms
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from planning and outreach through execution, reporting, and optimization
- Experience using social media analytics tools, influencer marketing platforms, tracking links, promo codes, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and select influencers based on audience fit, engagement quality, authenticity, brand alignment, and campaign goals
- Knowledge of influencer pricing, negotiation, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and disclosure requirements
- Relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with brand, creative, social media, legal, and sales teams
- Professional fluency in Lithuanian
- Strong spoken and written English skills
