  • Work asynchronously while documenting research, decisions, metrics, and open questions
  • Follow through after launch to evaluate results and guide future iterations
  • Participate in customer, hiring-manager, project-exercise, and team interviews as part of the selection process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced, hands-on Product Manager
  • Experience owning a meaningful product area end-to-end
  • Experience shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Experience defining KPIs and success metrics
  • Experience owning work through multiple iterations and explaining what changed based on learning
  • Ability to seek and evaluate customer insight, relevant data, and cross-functional input
  • Ability to weigh options, make tradeoffs visible, and make timely decisions with incomplete information
  • Ability to build trust across Engineering, Design, Technical Project Management, QA, operations, and business partners
  • Experience turning business priorities into clear, buildable work
  • Experience improving the flow, clarity, or quality of work reaching engineering and evaluating results after launch
  • Experience with technically deep products such as APIs, integrations, data pipelines, or Salesforce systems
  • Ability to dig into API specifications and sketch workflows in Figma
  • Ability to work asynchronously and document research, decisions, metrics, and open questions
  • Nice to have: experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or another regulated environment
  • Nice to have: Salesforce, data products, carrier/partner integrations, or workflow-heavy B2B software experience
  • Nice to have: experience balancing platform work with customer-facing improvements
  • Strong planning, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, writing, empathy, and product management skills demonstrated through the project exercise
  • No prior insurance experience required
