About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit workflows across departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration
- Develop and prioritize a company-wide roadmap for AI adoption
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, models, and capabilities
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows tailored to team-specific needs
- Integrate AI tools into spreadsheets, operational tools, and internal platforms
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and usable in real-world contexts
- Lead hands-on training sessions for cross-functional AI adoption
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and documentation for repeatable usage
- Provide troubleshooting and guidance on AI tools
- Drive sustained adoption and usage across teams
- Partner with operations, marketing, finance, and design teams
- Adapt workflows based on team requirements, skill levels, and priorities
- Measure impact and continuously iterate on implemented solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive AI adoption and operational transformation
- Work under the guidance and support of the Operations Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of experience in operations, consulting, product, or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in business environments
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation to real-world use cases
- Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, practical solutions
- Experience translating abstract concepts into operational systems
- Strong bias toward action and delivery
- Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt solutions to different workflows, skill levels, and business needs
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to train non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools and workflows
- Ability to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone
- Expected to attend in-person training programs during the first 90 days
