About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day operations, workflows, internal processes, and documentation
  • Draft company policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align teams with business objectives
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure operational success

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Implement best practices and support long-term strategic planning
  • Serve as the client’s point of contact for emails, phone calls, and professional communications
  • Streamline information flow and provide relevant updates and data
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and other operational teams
  • Work with an assigned Executive and receive guidance from an Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities
  • At least 3 years in a communication-heavy role at a reputable firm
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, not required
  • Relevant work experience valued as an alternative to the preferred degree
  • MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA certifications considered an added advantage
  • Ability to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone
  • Ability to attend in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
  • Ability to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
