About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a proxy for the executive in meetings, contributing strategic insights and making decisions aligned with their vision
  • Support the setting and execution of company priorities
  • Liaise between the executive and internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution
  • Draft and deliver executive reports, presentations, strategic memos, and other key communications
  • Summarize complex information into actionable insights
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
  • Manage high-priority projects and ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with department leaders on cross-functional coordination and company goals
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly and professionally
  • Build relationships across the company and bridge leadership with teams
  • Guide teams in executing strategic objectives
  • Work with HR, finance, and other departments on organizational planning and talent strategy
  • Manage select individuals or teams in alignment with business goals
  • Work closely with the supported Executive, senior leadership, department heads, key stakeholders, and Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities
  • At least 8 years in a communication-heavy role at a reputable firm
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, though relevant work experience is also valued
  • MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA certifications considered an added advantage
  • Ability to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
  • Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone
  • Ability to attend in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
