Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand and/or revenue growth across social media, paid ads, content creation, and lead generation
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize impact
  • Collaborate with teams to produce engaging content and lead content development when needed
  • Manage budgets and optimize channel spend to maximize ROI
  • Oversee and refine marketing workflows for efficient, consistent campaign execution
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and schedules
  • Align marketing efforts with business objectives and KPIs through cross-functional collaboration
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide insights and guidance to stakeholders
  • Analyze marketing efforts and identify optimization opportunities
  • Monitor marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Serve as the client contact for emails, phone calls, and professional communications
  • Streamline information flow and provide relevant updates and data to the client
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with executive and marketing team members at the client business
  • Work with an Operations Manager for guidance and career development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities
  • At least 5 years in a communication-heavy role at a reputable firm
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone
  • Ability to attend in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
  • Ability to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, not required
  • Relevant work experience valued as an alternative to the preferred degree
  • MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA certifications considered an added advantage
