Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience within your area of expertise
Professional fluency in English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver consistently high-quality work
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within diverse, remote-first teams
Familiarity with tools, systems, and workflows relevant to your field
Curious, adaptable, proactive, and motivated by growth and impact
Ability to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone
Expected to be present for in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
