About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently handle out-of-court and court proceedings in transportation law matters
- Advise and represent clients primarily in warranty claims relating to vehicle purchases, repairs, and workshop services
- Enforce and settle claims arising from road traffic accidents, particularly claims for pain and suffering, loss of earnings, household assistance, care, and future damages
- Correspond and negotiate with insurers, experts, opposing parties, and other stakeholders
- Represent our clients in court
- Provide personal, solution-oriented support to clients and build long-term client relationships
- Work closely with our paralegals and case handlers
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed the German legal traineeship and hold a license to practice law, or are about to obtain your admission to the bar
- Ideally, you have initial experience in transportation law, insurance law, sales law, or damages law
- Motivated career starters with an interest in transportation law are also very welcome
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably
- You communicate clearly, project confidence, and enjoy direct client contact
- You stand out through strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work in a team
- You pursue your professional goals with long-term commitment and dedication
