Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain core reporting suites and dashboards as needed to support decision-making.
Work on analytical projects end to end, helping to scope the approach, dig into the data, and generate recommendations that the business can act on.
Partner with your manager and department leads to understand the company’s biggest open questions, generate action-oriented insights, and turn ambiguous problems into a clear path forward.
Build and refine models that surface what’s driving a team’s performance and why, so that teams can plan with confidence.
Perform ad hoc quantitative analysis as new questions arise and proactively surface opportunities for growth or improvement.
Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to ensure the right data is delivered to the right places and is accurate.

What you’ll need

2+ years experience in strategy, analytics, or related quantitative fields; consulting experience is a plus.
Comfortable working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) to support analysis
Experience with SQL and/or Python. Experience with Databricks is a plus.
Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with the ability to build clear, persuasive narrative from data.
Interest in using AI tools to help solve data or analytical problems.
Ability to build analytical stories, using data and visualizations to drive impactful insights that lead to action.
Ability to juggle several cross-functional projects and stakeholders at once.
