About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling
Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments
Support patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation
Troubleshoot platform issues affecting dashboards, integrations, and performance with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams
Coordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration according to enterprise delivery standards
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux
Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure
Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments
Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks
Ability to work in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and closely with cross-functional technical teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance
