About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Triage every operational problem before it reaches product and engineering
Scope problems precisely for engineering or build solutions independently
Reduce cost per deal through process replacement and incremental efficiency improvements
Learn deal operations workflows end to end and build automated replacements
Deliver simple, scoped engineering work with working prototypes when needed
Decide which processes and requests scale and eliminate unnecessary work
Lead the core deal operations team and direct their priorities
Rebuild Odin’s approximately 50 operational processes, replacing human-driven services workflows with software
Work closely with founders, product, and the wider operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clear evidence of building real AI solutions independently, without budget or engineers; experience with Claude Code or similar
Founded something, worked on a founding team, or worked as a product manager
Usually four or more years of experience
Track record of finishing what you start
Systems-thinking approach to processes and business operations
Understand systems end to end; close loops and drive completion
Comfortable with financial mechanics and strong mental arithmetic
Ability to automate numerical work including carry, allocations, fee calculations, distributions, and edge cases
Regulated financial services background is a plus, including fund administration, custody, payments, brokerage, audit, tax, or another back-office function
Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
