About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development, analysis, and enhancement of care delivery, network performance, and claims indicators
- Structure studies and analyses using a more critical, statistical, and quantitative approach
- Ensure governance, technical consistency, and standardization of indicators and reports
- Support strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable business intelligence
- Work closely with Clinical, Anti-Fraud, Strategy, Product, and Operations teams
- Develop and provide technical direction to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Postgraduate degree or specialization
- Experience with healthcare service delivery, operational, and claims indicators (healthcare/dental experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Experience with statistics, data science, modeling, and more advanced analyses
- Experience providing technical leadership and managing analytics teams
