About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation, maintenance, and execution of the Company’s Compliance Program, focusing on mitigating compliance risks, preventing money laundering and fraud, and managing reputational risks.
Support the administration of Odontoprev’s Ethics Channel by controlling and monitoring reports received in accordance with department guidelines.
Conduct research using public and private databases to assess the reputation of potential high-risk suppliers, customers, and business partners.
Analyze reputational histories and administrative and judicial proceedings, preparing information to support executive decision-making.
Perform the department’s operational controls and prepare management reports to monitor Compliance indicators.
Monitor standards and regulations issued by regulatory bodies on a daily basis, assessing their applicability and submitting analyses to department management.
Map processes, identify risks and existing controls, and highlight opportunities to improve and strengthen internal controls.
Prepare communication materials, training sessions, and presentations related to the Compliance Program.
Prepare executive presentations for the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, Executive Management, Investigation and Ethics Committee, and other corporate forums.
Follow up on and collect outstanding mandatory training completions, consolidating information for compliance reports and presentations.
Participate in meetings with specialized consulting firms that support Compliance activities.
Support the organization and updating of the Compliance Risk Assessment, including schedule management and interviews.
Conduct analyses of potential conflicts of interest submitted to the Compliance department.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, Compliance requirements, ESG requirements, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and other regulations applicable to the Company.
Perform other duties related to the role, as directed by management and consistent with the employee’s education and experience.
