About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Calculate broker commissions based on sales data
- Ensure accurate and timely commission payments
- Respond to and resolve brokers’ questions and requests regarding commissions and payments
- Work with databases and systems to ensure data integrity
- Use ERP Cloud to control and manage financial data related to commissions
- Prepare analyses and reports using Power BI and intermediate to advanced Excel
- Work in the Commissions area within the Finance department, ensuring process accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Experience with intermediate to advanced Excel, particularly data manipulation and complex formulas
- Knowledge of Power BI for analysis, visualization, and management reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably ERP Cloud
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for assisting brokers
- Organized, with the ability to work with numbers and large volumes of data
