About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure security, compliance, and efficiency in identity and access management, serving as the focal point for IAM-related processes, tools, and governance.
  • Manage requests to create, modify, and revoke access to systems, applications, and environments.
  • Ensure access rights are aligned with defined roles and profiles (RBAC – Role-Based Access Control).
  • Implement and maintain standardized profiles by department and position, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Administer the digital identity lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) for employees, third parties, and contractors.
  • Monitor and control privileged accounts (PAM – Privileged Access Management).
  • Ensure the integration of identity processes with corporate systems (HR, AD, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic access reviews (recertification) and support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 27001, LGPD, SOX, PCI DSS).
  • Produce audit and governance evidence and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to inappropriate or excessive access.
  • Support the implementation of MFA, password policies, and Zero Trust practices.
  • Support the deployment and operation of IAM/IAG (Identity Governance and Administration) solutions.
  • Automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Monitor efficiency and security KPIs and metrics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for access-related questions and requests.
  • Support business areas in defining access profiles and requirements.
  • Promote awareness of security and identity best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university degree.
  • Experience with IAM/IAG tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, MFA, and PAM.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, LGPD, and SOX standards and regulations.
  • Experience with automation (PowerShell, APIs) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
